•When and What? Starting in October, we will send out a “tip” once or twice a month on Tuesday morning. The tip will include helpful information and reminders about our community, deed restrictions, and the HOA in general.
•What is the purpose? The purpose is to help you get more familiar with HOA resources and requirements so that you can enjoy and take care of your home and community.
•What is the benefit to me? The benefit to all homeowners is an attractive community that we can all enjoy and take pride in when friends and family visit. It will also help to maintain home values and increase safety.
